We are pleased to announce our new collections as well as our classics regular customers please note  some changes to our terms of trade.

• You need to log in to obtain wholesale prices.
• A minimum order of $500 is required on each order.
• All orders must be paid for prior to dispatch.
• We offer exclusivity to shopping areas if you maintain a minimum purchase of $500 per month or so.
• We no longer offer sale or return.
• You may return all or any goods within 7 days of reciept for no reason. 
• All returns incur a 5% processing fee and a refund of the balance not including postage.
• All returns follwing the initial 7 days require an original invoice dated less than one year prior to the retun.
• We offer a full manufacturers fault guarantee up to one year of the original purchase from us.
• All returns due to a manufacturers fault are offered at the sole discretion of Melanie Woods.
• We do not offer returns of pearls or gemstones after the initial 7 days of purchase as they are a fragile and easily damaged.
